Well let us start out with the simplest of concepts. The Society Twins are a twins (obviously) who have a missing brother. They have a website, found here. This site was found based off of a tweet, so the original finding of the site is unknown, but based off of previous findings, it appears that author Michael Grant posted about it on Facebook and possibly twitter. They come from a highly influential family (their dad, Randall Morgenstein, works at the UN Security Council, and their missing brother Davis was interning there). Sophie is the happier of the two twins, and has an interest in art. She says that she doesn’t paint as much anymore because she “really like[s] making things you can touch and hold in your hand and not stare at on a wall.” Even in this tough time for the family, she seems to be keeping optimistic that Davis is safe and sound. Sylvie, on the other hand is completely different than Sophie. She is looking at her missing brother as a bad thing (which I personally would too). She likes to write in her journal, and on the blog has said she will not be talking much about herself. She also mentioned in her first blog post that she walked up to a table of people who were giving “some kind of personality test.” Upon further questioning on this, it was discovered that this group that was giving the test was an organization called “Nexus Humanus.” The twins posted a video and a blog saying that they are on their way to England. They are “leaving [their] parents to deal with the Davis situation.” Also, along with their packing video, the twins posted a copy of a statement to the press that Randall Morgenstein made.
On August 30th, the twins arrived in London, but received some bad news from their mother. Davis killed himself on Sunday, August 28th. His funeral will be held on August 31st. Before Davis’ funeral, Sophie took a of Davis’ hands. The numbers on his hands translated to “21. Monster of Nexus” which is believed to be a clue to a crossword puzzle that we still do not have. Along with this new information, Sophie posted a comment saying that she has “learned some things recently that puts me very ill at ease. I am started to do a little sleuthing on my own. Some of you may already be there, too, but I’m trying to be discreet. Don’t tell Sylvie. She will totally freak out about all of this.” It is now known that she is EileenGray. Eileen Gray is an artist who Sophie looks up too, and had mentioned in her first blog, and also has her as a person who inspires her on Facebook.
Now let’s jump over to The Shadow Gang (TSG). They are a group that was discovered from the early days of the Nexus Humanus Website. Upon seeing the site in the very beginning, at the bottom of the page where it now says “Any resemblance to actual events or to persons living or dead is purely coincidental,” it used to say “This site is owned by the shadow gang.” The first thing that some members of the early group did was search for the shadow gang, which is where we discovered http://theshadowgang.com. The very next step that was taken was searching other places for the shadow gang, and luckily enough we found them on twitter. They had tweets up that showed their involvement in a “transmedia experience starting in August.” Once these tweets were discovered, Strudel started to tweet them and asked them if they knew anything about Nexus Humanus, to which he got the reply of “Stand by. You will be contacted shortly by Mr. Hatchet.” Now just to keep this short, a link to that conversation can be found here. (To get the full effect of this story, read that, and then come back here.) After he created his MADinDANVERS account, he connected with more of the community, as we helped him through a two day journey from New York to his eventual destination at the Danvers Mental Hospital. His final tweet said “They’re here” and a picture of Armand Cage’s Facebook page. That is a second Facebook that this person has given us (other being Sullivan O’Herlihy). Also in regards to TSG, if you input your email address to get a passcode, you would be given the password “deliriumsunshine.” When you input this password on the website, a picture of a napkin that says “improper thoughts” on it appears along with “We believe there's five more of these somewhere. Collect the rest and send them back to Mr. Hatchet for your just reward.” So from there, the search for the napkins had begun!
Nexus Humanus (NH). In short, they are a group that is trying to make people happy with their up and coming Mental Apparatus (which will consist of SMYL, LAF, and UPCHKs). This group originated many years ago, and was founded by Jay Howard Thompson (JHT). JHT was a World War II naval hero. After the war, he was depressed, and started work on creating a “practical method to raise his mind from the unending cycle of negative thought.” After success of his new ideas, he wrote a book called “Smile, It’s Only Life” which was originally published in 1955. JHT eventually secluded himself, and emerged in 1966 with his new book “Nexus Humanus: The Next Step in Human Evolution.” In 1984, NH had a great loss when JHT passed away “unexpectedly,” and eventually NH withered away into nothingness. However, in 2008 NH was restored when the journals of JHT were found when preservation work was being conducted on JHT’s WWII amphibious assault transport. Since that day, NH has started to come back to life helping more and more people. Today, NH is led by President Billie Carloff. Their spokesperson is Armand Cage, who also has a facebook profile, found here. There are also other members on the website who have a special badge called “Person of Interest.” Such members are Minmaster, Sweetsammy, mentalspace, KatsMan, KingofHamlet, CheekyChelsea, Bonewerx, AlexCotton, and EileenGray talked about above.
So far, KingofHamlet, CheekyChelsea, Bonewerx, and AlexCotton do not have much of a story line. a story line. However, they have all posted in the POI forum. CheekyChelsea appears to be a very lonely woman from London, and seems to find the word Nexans funny. Bonewerx is a 15 year old boy whose mother took away his Xbox. AlexCotton is a war hero that is uneasy about his past. KingofHamlet posted a thread on the POI forum called "unity". This thread makes it seem like some of the POIs are not quite sure about Nexus Humanus themselves, and may not trust them. Also as a side note regarding POI’s, on August 25th, 3 POI’s pages where taken down. Those were Minmaster, Sweetsammy, and mentalspace. The reason behind these removals is unclear at the moment.
Let us now go over the story behind these other POI’s. We will start with Minmaster and KatsMan. They worked together at a company called McLure Industries. So far, not too much is known about McLure industries other than the fact that they use the method of “no method at all.” They claim that this method gives “its researchers free hand to pursue their work as they see fit.” How do Minmaster and KatsMan play into this you may ask? Well on the weekend of August 6th, KatsMan (who’s real name is Katsumoto Hasemi) was found dead outside of McLure Industries. Minmaster (who’s real name is Minka Dudek) was a close friend of KatsMan. After investigation, we discovered the McLure Industries website (http://mclureindustries.com). Upon even further investigation, it was discovered that you could look at the profiles of both Minmaster (minkadudek) and KatsMan (katsumotohasemi). Both of these pages bring up a password page, and by looking at the front page of the website, the password to use is “boldexperimentation.” Recently, Minka had been complaining about wanting to have her profile taken down. On Minmaster’s NH profile, she discussed how they were getting rid of all of KatsMan’s files, which is why you see the “removed from system”. When you read over Minka’s profile, you see that she has an obsession with OMG-Facts. When you search on OMG-Facts for “Minka,” you come up with this fact. (HUZZAH! The second napkin has FINALLY been found!!! OMG-Facts does have other articles that show their involvement in the entire NH experience. Three other Facts can be found here: 1, 2, and 3. We are expecting many more facts to appear in the near future, or there may even be more, but we have yet to find them!).
Mentalspace had mentioned on her NH page about tumblr, so we discovered her tumblr page. Mentalspace’s real name is Patricia Lynson, and she lives in California. She was around when when NH was started by JHT, and has posted the differences between the old NH book and the new one that they are showing all of us! Recently on her tumblr page she has been talking about people wearing khakis in her neighborhood. She has also been saying that she is fearful for her life, and may not be able to continue posting the book much longer. On August 26th, she posted that she will no longer be on the Nexus Humanus site, nor will she be on the tumblr.
Sweetsammy (whose real name is Sam Kascewicz) is the owner of the site Death or Madness. He draws and has a comic book called “Evolutions of a Dream.” This comic is about our lovely war hero JHT. Within this comic, we have found two hidden links which led to two different pictures. On Page one, if you scroll over the generals desk, you get a clickable link. On Page 3, if you scroll over the guns at the bottom of the comic, you get another clickable link. The first image tells us that JHT wasn’t in the best mental shape while he was still serving, and had thoughts of suicide. The second image at first glance may not show much but it really does tell us a bit. The main thing about the second image is the word “Demodex.” Demodex just so happens to be a sort of hair lice, which is one of the sketches Sam drew. In one of Sam’s videos, he discussed how the “Eggs” are making him make the video (it should be noted that “the Eggs” is Egmont Press...who are the publishers of Sam’s comics, as well as the publisher for the real book that this is for, but more on that in a little bit.). He also discusses how he the works that he creates come to him in his sleep. Sam mentions the “TFDs, the khakis” (right now we are unaware of who the TFDs are). In his second video, Sam discusses how he has finished his book, and is checking it for clues. He also says he smells a rat. He wanted protection from the Egg shells. There are three “badges” who are worse than the TFDs. He says that there is a man, a woman, and a sloppy stumble bum. He claims that they can do some things and he “doesn’t want to go back there.” Finally, he discusses “Shakespeare.” This is not the first time that Shakespeare has been referenced. The phone number that The Shadow Gang gave Strudel had a Shakespeare quote. Then Sam talked of an “ill wind blowing [his] way.” In Sam’s most recent video “My Second Video,” he talks about how Shakespeare is gone. There is also a member named “thefool” on the Nexus Humanus page who posted on a few members (Strudel, Armand, and DeathlyAfraid) walls another Shakespeare quote (“dost thou know the difference, my boy, between a bitter fool and a sweet one?”). It should also be noted that right now, thefool does not have a Person of Interest badge, so he may or may not be a part of the story. On September 1st, a new sketch was posted that shows 3 people looking at a wall that says “Lear made me do it” and the man in the coat drawing. It is believed that the man in the coat is Sam, but it has not been confirmed by him.
We are now going to jump to something completely different, but still VERY important: AmericaStrong. On one of Billie Carloff’s blog posts, someone named “Tourist of Denver” posted a comment that said “AmericaStrong delivers info on “pair of seagulls” and ongoing instruction to first man on moon superlative presents.” This was also posted on Billi Carloff’s profile page by a person named “maninpants” and it was posted at about the same time, so it is probably safe to assume that maninpants and Tourist From Denver are the same person. Also, it is unsure if Tourist From Denver is the TFD’s. The “O” in Strong looks like it may be a badge. When you go to the site, you are greeted by a password request. The password to get into the site is “twinbirds.” It is uncertain if there will be any further passwords to get into other profiles. Once inside the site, it is apparent that this group is watching everything that the Morgenstein’s are doing. There are many texts and emails that Sophie received and sent as well as a creepy voicemail Davis sent her at the moment of his “suicide”. I will let you determine for yourself if you think that he killed himself or if he was killed.
Now how does this all fit together? Well we really don’t know just yet. The best that we can possibly think of is all speculation right now. There are not solid links just yet between everything. We can say that The Shadow Gang has ties to Nexus Humanus, but the only way is because of one part of Sullivan’s article that mentions The Shadow Gang as aliens, and the question on the Personality Quiz about aliens. They made a link between KatsMan, and the POSSIBLE killer being Davis, making it appear as if Davis disappeared for a reason, but there still is no solid proof that he is the killer, just leads. We still do not know for sure if Davis really did commit suicide, or if it was Nexus Humanus who killed him. We still have no idea how the napkins are going to play into all of this (although we have noticed that some of the sketches that Sam has done have pictures of a shady looking man who has dropped what appear to be napkins). We do not know why NH has changed what JHT originally had written. There are still so many things that need to be discussed, and yet we do not have solid links to everything.
What is all of this for you may ask? Well it is for a book by author Michael Grant titled BZRK. Well I guess I should reword that. This is a multi-platform book by author Michael Grant and others. A website that discusses (or will discuss) all of the happenings can be found here. It should now be noted that the person posting on the blog (Connor Wolton) appears to be a character in game now because he discussed seeing people in khakis and felt like he was being watched.
On a bit of a side note, there is one other youtube channel, found here that has been found that shows Armand Cage’s stand up comedy. Antinexushumanus also posted another video in regards to Billie Carloff. She was part of a fraud while she worked in the stocks. This video can be found here. Antinexushumanus posted a video of a letter by Armand Cage where he was on the verge of suicide. (Another side note: if you ever see anything, no matter what it is, you should ALWAYS screen shot it because anything and everything appears to be removed...on a quick tangent, the phone number that is in the Terms of Use used to say “Thank you for calling the Shadow Gang” until we had called it and they changed it...now what does that do? It makes those of us who heard that look crazy because none of us have it documented.)
